Country Club Estates in Lakewood has many
grand homes built in the Tudor style in the late 1920's.
The rendering below shows a Lakewood version of Stockbroker Tudor.

Elements of Tudor Style Incorporated Into This Home:
- Steep-pitched roof;
- Boxed-in eaves which project very little beyond the exterior walls;
- An asymmetrical front facade, with multiple gables facing the street;
- Some walls trimmed with stucco to simulate "half-timbered" construction;
- Casement windows used as accent windows on the front facade.
