The term "bungalow" was used in the early years of the Twentieth Century to indicate any modest one-story home, even if it did not have any "Arts & Crafts" architectural elements. This illustration shows a bungalow in a variant of the Mediterranean Revival style.

This home has several stylistic elements commonly identified with the Mediterranean Revival:

This home was drawn in 1998. The two arched openings on the right-hand wing of the house opened to a porch, but they had been enclosed with large sheets of glass sometime after 1970. The home originally had a large open porch similar to the nearby Tudor-style homes in the neighborhood.
