"Buying a home is like a treasure hunt... but you have to negotiate for the treasure once you've found it. I want to be your own personal negotiator."

M-Street Neighborhood Slide Shows
If you like to have things to do, people to meet, and places to go, you will like living in the M-Streets. With such a diverse range of people and housing
and lifestyles, nestled in the shadow of Dallas Central Business District, there's a niche available for everyone.
Some of the neighborhoods in this part of town are more urban than others. The near east side, between downtown Dallas and Baylor Hospital is an example of one of these denser, more urban neighborhoods.
Other areas, like the northeastern corner of Lakewood, have a more suburban flavor.
But all parts of the M-Street area share in the benefits of easy access to jobs in downtown Dallas, cultural venues
in the Arts District, outdoor recreation at White Rock Lake, high-end couture and gourmet food at Victory Park, and interesting shops and eateries sprinkled throught the neighborhoods.
It's a more exciting lifestyle than you can find in the suburbs, a little more hip, a little more edgy, always reinventing itself.
See the Neighborhood Slide Shows for an introduction to the M-Street Lifestyle.
You Need A Buyer Agent
Shopping for a home to buy? A Buyer Agent's professional advice and opinions will help you make a better "deal." The Buyer Agent's duty is to help you negotiate to get the house you want for the lowest price and best terms that can be obtained.
Sure, he helps you preview houses. He helps you understand the contract forms. He helps you cope with the process of closing a home sale. But the Buyer Agent's most important role is to serve as your advocate.
Learn more about how a buyer agent will protect your interests.

6016 Palo Pinto Avenue, Dallas. Offered at $689,900. 4 BR, 3.5 Baths, 3 Living
Built by Julie Vandolen Homes.

This Prairie Style home incorporates all the up-to-date interior features you want,
combined with authentic period interior detail. The door trim, the transoms, the period-style tiles, everything
brings to mind a 1915-vintage home. But of course, no home from 1915 would have all the extra interior space
incorporated into this floorplan, from the study downstairs to the media room upstairs. The extra-deep back yard
and mature pecan trees make this home even more desirable.
