Once an agency relationship is established between you (as buyer) and Ken (as your buyer agent), Ken is legally obligated to perform the following duties:
There is no extra fee to you for Ken's services as buyer agent. In almost all cases, Ken's fee is paid from the Seller's proceeds of sale. Ken constantly shows and previews the homes for sale in his market area. You can take advantage of Ken's knowledge of the market by doing your home shopping with him. Ken won't burden you with high-pressure sales pitches. He is willing to work at your pace. Some folks need to buy a home right now. Others like to take it more slowly.
