The Answer:
It's a Craftsman Bungalow with all the bells and whistles!
The overhanging eaves, the roof brackets, and the style of the porch pillars are all typical details of the"generic" Arts and Crafts Bungalow, as seen all over the southwest and California.
The low-pitched roof on this house is typical of the bungalows in California, Texas, and other states where snow and ice is very rare in winter. The bungalows in the colder states had to make do with steeper roofs and smaller overhangs, because they had to carry heavy loads of ice and snow.
Notice how this house has been visually lowered by using a band of heavier-scaled siding, beginning at the window sills and extending on down to the ground.
